The Marketing Supervisor maintains high-level oversight on dealing with the sales team under the entire brand list of SPVC. You are responsible for identifying market segments and competitive landscapes to build positioning strategies that align with sales goals. You will oversee the functionality of the department's activities, bridging the gap between sales and marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales & Brand Oversight: Maintain oversight on dealing with the sales team under the entire brand list of SPVC to ensure marketing strategy aligns with sales targets.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the marketing team members, other internal teams, and partners on marketing strategy to identify key opportunities for innovation.
• Market Analysis: The marketing function such as performing marketing research, to identify market segments, competitive landscape, and positioning strategies is of the top priority responsibility.
• Campaign Monitoring: Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
• Administrative Management: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of department's activities.
• Reporting: Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data regarding trade performance and rankings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
• Experience: at least 3-5 years experience of the job requirement
• Specific Skills: Qualified chartered marketer, Strong analytical and project management skills, Confident and dynamic personality, Strong creative outlook.
