As a well-established, Australian-based Advertising and Marketing company and provider of outsourced staff, we are looking for a MARKETING ASSISTANT to join our growing team in our Cagayan de Oro City office. Local people, providing global results. The role is office based, permanent full time, working Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will perform a variety of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision. Work could include, but is not limited to, general admin and data entry, customer service, email management, mixed media marketing, campaign execution, and analytics reporting.


Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative Support: Execute various administrative duties, aid daily operations, and respond to emails. Collaborate to achieve objectives and maintain open communication with clients and teams.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, process information, and maintain databases. Utilize CRM software for data sorting, filtering, and updates.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external teams for campaign success. Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
  • Content Creation: Produce and schedule high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Research industry trends and optimize content for engagement. Utilize AI tools for content creation as required.
  • Platform Management: Maintain e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, and manage email marketing tools such as Klaviyo. Optimize product listings, implement marketing strategies, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Marketing Tasks: Plan, execute, and monitor social media and digital advertising campaigns. Analyze results and recommend improvements for better engagement and ROI.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • General computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Proficiency in online tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sheets.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo (advantageous).
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Facebook (desirable but not required).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritization.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in marketing or administrative tasks in a similar role.
  • Confidence in direct communication with clients and customers.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with complex procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
