SALES MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure peak performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyze sales metrics, forecast performance, and present regular reports to leadership.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.

Marketing Management

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.) to support brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate brand messaging and ensure consistency across marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and external agencies to develop compelling content and promotional strategies.
• Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, and customer acquisition metrics.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to align sales and marketing strategies with company objectives.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and market-entry plans for new products or services.
