Bristol Motorcycle is looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase sales, and support nationwide dealership growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for motorcycles or automotive brands, and proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead brand-building initiatives for Bristol Motorcycle across all channels
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, website, SEO)
• Manage product launches, promotions, events, and dealership marketing activities
• Coordinate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion
• Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and media partners
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
• Strong background in digital marketing and brand management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage
• Willing to travel as needed for events and branch coordination
