The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the Sleep BU’s online presence—managing social media, digital campaigns, customer touchpoints, and data insights to help grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Sleep BU social media platforms and ensure content is relevant, helpful, and engaging.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Digital Marketing Group.
• Plan digital marketing goals, strategies, and performance measures.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, IMC, and Creatives to support overall brand objectives.
• Execute digital campaigns from planning to rollout.
• Handle assigned special digital projects.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new trends, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate with digital agencies when needed.
• Guide and support team members through coaching and training recommendations.

Competencies

• Strong experience in digital marketing
• Familiar with Web 3.0
• Comfortable working with consumer research and market data
• Organized, good in project management
• Collaborative and results-oriented

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields
• Minimum of 6 years in Digital Marketing (Supervisory/Managerial level)
• Knowledgeable in Web 3.0 and consumer insights
• Strong project management and teamwork skills
