Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing activities to promote Rifemedica Corporation’s pharmaceutical products. The role also includes training and supporting newly hired sales personnel to ensure effective product knowledge, consistent messaging, and alignment with company marketing strategies. This position requires close coordination with the sales team to support market penetration and business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Rifemedica Corporation’s products.
• Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and promotional tools for sales use.
• Conduct product briefings and ensure accurate product positioning in the market.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Sales Training and Support

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for newly hired sales personnel.
• Provide product knowledge training, selling points, and key messaging to the sales team.
• Assist in developing training materials and sales guides.
• Support sales teams by aligning marketing strategies with field execution.
• Work closely with management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and management to ensure marketing alignment.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, initiatives, and outcomes.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management in support of company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience. (preferred)
• At least 5 years of sales experience. (preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing organization.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related companies is an advantage.
