The exclusive distributor of Foton Trucks, Chery, Lynk & Co, BAIC Auto, and Radar EV Pick-up in the Philippines is looking for a Brand Marketing Supervisor.

This position supports the immediate superior in planning and executing public relations initiatives to enhance brand image and reputation. It involves coordinating brand events, supporting media relations, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and working with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing press releases, media kits, and PR materials in coordination with the immediate superior.
2. Coordinate media outreach activities, including scheduling interviews, media test drives, and managing model lent-outs.
3. Support event planning and execution by handling logistics, timelines, supplier coordination, and on-ground supervision.
4. Assist in monitoring and reporting media coverage, PR performance, and event results.
5. Support budget monitoring by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and processing invoices related to PR and events.
6. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including preparation of presentations, documentation, scheduling, and file management.
7. Maintain and update content calendars to support timely execution of PR and marketing campaigns.
8. Collaborate with brand marketing, dealer marketing, and other departments to support integrated marketing initiatives.
9. Participate in marketing-led events, both physical and online, and provide necessary support as required.
10. Perform other PR, events, and marketing-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

• College graduate of a four-year business course or equivalent working experience
• Exposed to automotive brand marketing for 3 to 5 years
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Strong marketing skill set
• Amiable, team player, and willing to learn
• Flexible with job and task requirements
