• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote recruitment services.
• Manage company social media accounts, update website content, and post online job openings.
• Create engaging marketing materials (ads, flyers, posts, newsletters) to attract candidates and clients.
• Support employer branding and lead generation initiatives.
• Conduct market research on recruitment trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in organizing job fairs, orientations, and recruitment events.
• Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing (experience in recruitment/HR industry is an advantage).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media management, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
