• The Marketing Officer is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote Company's products. This role will support the overall team with a focus on brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor anaylsis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and curate engaging content for marketing channels, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist in designing promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements
• Help with SEO efforts to improve website visibility and search rankings
• Track digital marketing performance and analytics to drive optimization
• Contribute to brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels
• Assist in gathering customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction
• Plans promotional campaigns or advertisements
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with company goals, including visual store displays

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role of at least 2-3 years, with exposure to digital marketing and campaign management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media platforms and digital advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and marketing tools
