The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and promotions).
• Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, and other platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to align campaigns with business goals.
• Manage company social media accounts and track performance analytics.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
• Support event planning, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with industry developments, marketing tools, and digital trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
