The Marketing Activation Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground marketing initiatives such as sampling events, roadshows, HORECA meetings, and local media sponsorships. The role also involves managing modern trade merchandisers and securing locations for activations, ensuring brand consistency across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of marketing activations across Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao.
• Act as the main contact for leasing offices to secure activation locations.
• Support management of modern trade merchandisers, ensuring brand-aligned visual displays.
• Oversee logistics, staff, and vendor coordination for marketing events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align objectives.
• Track and report effectiveness of marketing activations; recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing activation, event planning, or similar roles.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills and consumer-centric orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines
