Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing operations and management role.

At least 1-2 years of work experience in home appliances industry

Willing to attend face to face interview

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, ensuring proper execution of retail standards and initiatives.

Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies including displays, modules, and presentations to attract customers and promote products.

Evaluate and audit retail modules, displays, and POP materials, tracking effectiveness, performance, and compliance, and driving corrective actions.

Manage POP materials and freebies, including requests, distribution, monitoring, and inventory control.

Oversee store exhibit operations, handling ingress, execution, and egress of store setups and special displays.
