What You’ll Do

• Help build and grow the Dolphin brand across digital channels.
• Manage and operate our social media platforms (Facebook & TikTok) — posting content, engaging with users, and tracking performance.
• Support basic online advertising tasks, including campaign setup, monitoring, and simple optimization.
• Work with design and marketing teams to execute brand campaigns and creative projects.
• Keep an eye on market trends and user feedback to improve brand strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
• Ex-experience in branding, social media, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook and TikTok operations; basic ad management skills are a big plus.
• Strong sense of content, creativity, and social media trends.
• Good communication skills, a team mindset, and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable reading basic data and adjusting strategies based on performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience in internet/tech, fintech, or app marketing.
• Understanding of PH or SEA user behavior and content style.
• Portfolio or examples of social media pages you’ve handled.
