Job Description:

The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional massage and wellness treatments to guests in a hotel and resort setting. The role focuses on ensuring guest comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction while maintaining high service, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform massage and wellness treatments according to established standards
• Ensure guest comfort and provide a relaxing, professional service experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
• Properly handle and prepare massage tools, linens, and supplies
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
• Assist guests with inquiries related to treatments and services
• Coordinate with spa or front desk staff when necessary

Qualifications:

• TESDA Massage Therapy NC II or equivalent certification
• With experience in massage therapy (hotel or resort experience is an advantage)
• Pleasing personality and professional demeanor
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to perform massage services for extended periods
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal
