Assists in the start-up and shutdown of injection machine in each process prior to operations and end of process.

Conducts the repair, cleaning and maintenance of mold

Prepares and monitor materials (chemicals) needed in the process.

Maintains the parameter setup of machines during production operations.

Responsible for the mold loading and unloading in machines.

Assist production operation when manpower is lacking especially during delivery time.

Reports with immediate superior any concerning machines technical issues.

Safekeep all records for the tools and spare parts used for machine in production.

Request resin as per machine requirement.
