Penerangan
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspections, implementing preventive maintenance, and undertaking corrective maintenance.
- Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utility consumption.
- Track and communicate work request status and completion.
- Monitor construction works to ensure strict adherence to guidelines, and provide project status reports to the Property Manager.
- Prepare and review plans, estimates, and scope of work for various projects.
- Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and minimize liability for the property.
- Assist in coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, including testing, verification, validation processes, scheduling, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance of the property with all government requirements.
- Attend to customers’ inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Syarat-syarat
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Fresh board passers are welcome to apply
- With 6 months of experience as a building engineer
- Available to start immediately.
