We are looking for a skilled mechanical engineer to join our team/company (iHudyat Inc.). You will be responsible for working on all stages of our production cycles, from research and design to manufacturing, installation, and evaluation.

To be successful as a mechanical engineer, one should be able to develop innovative solutions to problems, specifically for the clients. One should also be creative and capable of using their ideas to innovate. Communication skills should also be present, wherein engineers can communicate their technical ideas properly that can be understood by others both visually and verbally.

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any engineering degree with relevant experience and skills
• Licensed as a registered Mechanical Engineer
• Fire safety and security management knowledge/experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Computer skills with experience in using programs such as CAD
• Documentation of files experience

The Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting and collaborating with the Engineering team through a combination of site inspections, collaboration with the project managers, on-site supervision and CAD project designs, ensuring the safety guidelines are followed, problem-solving, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Site inspection, survey
• ​Provision of quotations
• ​Sales, negotiation, closing deals with the client
• ​Collaboration with project managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources (as project engineers, they do the project management).
• ​Supervising the computer-aided design (CAD) project drawings from team members.
• ​Project implementation, coordinating and monitoring schedules, logistics, administrative, etc.
• ​Client-facing.
• ​On-site supervision, handling manpower, and making sure that the fire safety guidelines are followed.
• ​Identifying problems and deficiencies and analyzing in the engineering process to provide solution and develop improvements.
• ​Documentations, service reports, turnover documents.
