We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery within our facilities. This role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and training.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production and facility requirements.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation for audits and management review.
• Recommend upgrades, improvements, and energy-efficient solutions for existing systems.
• Manage contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and project works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred or required, depending on local regulations).
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, switchgears, transformers, and power distribution.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a maintenance team.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, etc.) and preventive maintenance practices.
