Education & Certification

• At least with Vocational/Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• TESDA NC II/NC III or equivalent certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).

Technical Skills

• Knowledge in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning units.
• Ability to perform minor electrical works (wiring, lighting, outlets, circuit breakers).
• Familiarity with plumbing, carpentry, and other general facility maintenance is an advantage.
• Can read and follow equipment manuals, safety procedures, and work instructions.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facility maintenance, building services, or related field (preferred).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with employees and contractors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual work.

Other Requirements

• Willing to work on overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
