Job Requirements

• Technical or vocational diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of genset (generator sets) operation and maintenance.

• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and within safety standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and oversee repairs.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and budgets to optimize resources.
