We are looking for a passionate basketball fan and skilled social media operator to join our 1v1 tournament brand project. This role will focus on content updates, community interaction, packaging player stories, and executing digital communication strategies to grow our brand influence.

Responsibilities

- Plan and publish content for tournament platforms such as TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

- Create trending topics, video challenges, and highlight player stories

- Write captions and work with editors on highlight clips and behind-the-scenes reels

- Engage with followers in comments, grow and maintain fan/player communities

- Help capture and organize offline match materials to support content plans

- Collaborate with content, design, and production teams to execute digital campaigns

- Analyze performance metrics and publish regular strategy optimization reports

Requirements

- Familiar with social media habits in the Philippines; prior experience preferred

- Passionate about basketball and grassroots sports culture

- Able to identify stories and present player highlights engagingly

- Skilled in writing video captions, generating topics, and driving engagement

- Knowledge of TikTok, IG, Facebook, YouTube Shorts platform algorithms

- Basic editing/design tool skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva) preferred

- Experience in sports-related short videos or KOL collaboration is a plus
