Job Title: Associate Media Director

Job Overview:


The Associate Media Director will provide critical leadership and strategic support to meet the growing demand for digital servicing across existing clients and new business pitches. This role is responsible for strengthening the agency’s digital media capabilities, ensuring best-in-class execution, and driving data-driven performance across platforms within the Philippine digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead digital media strategies aligned with Philippine consumer behavior, platform trends, and business objectives.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid social, search, display, programmatic, and video campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and local ad networks.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine advertising regulations, brand safety standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop media planners and buyers, fostering collaboration with creative, analytics, and account teams.


  • Present media strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients, acting as a trusted advisor on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Monitor budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI based on local benchmarks.
  • Support new business pitches and contribute to strengthening the agency’s overall digital competence.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and/or TikTok Ads are required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with 2 years in a leadership role.


Skills & Competencies


  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and local DSPs.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee) and local influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine digital ecosystem, consumer trends, and local publishers.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and brand safety protocols.
