We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Insurance Billing and Credentialing Specialist to work onsite and directly with healthcare providers. You will manage credentialing, licensing, and billing tasks to ensure provider readiness, regulatory compliance, and smooth billing operations. This role requires strong communication skills, as you’ll coordinate closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle credentialing and re-credentialing for providers.
• Manage licensing applications and renewals.
• Work directly with clients to gather and verify documents.
• Perform billing support: data entry, claim status checks, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with insurers, providers, and agencies regularly.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in credentialing, licensing, or medical billing.
• Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills.
• Must work onsite; remote work not available.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; credentialing software a plus.
• CPCS or CPMSM certification is a bonus.
