POSITION: Billing Analyst (Hybrid Set up)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
• With 2 years’ experience in order to cash (billing)
• With basic knowledge in general accounting
• Experience in SAP, Oracle system is advantage
• Amendable to work in night shift schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure invoices reflect correct pricing, discounts, taxes, and terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile incoming payments with invoices and update accounting records.
• Ensure billing complies with company policies, customer contracts, and relevant regulations tax laws.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings related to revenue and billing.
