(with possible transition to Day Shift once KPIs stabilize)

Salary: Earn up to Php 55,000

About the Role

We are urgently hiring two (2) Medical Coders who can start ASAP. The Medical Coder will be responsible for accurately assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes for multi-specialty medical charts in an outpatient setting, supporting claims accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical coding for multi-specialty charts
• Apply CPT and ICD-10 codes accurately
• Code for Outpatient, Same Day Surgery, Ambulatory, Emergency Department (ED), and E/M cases
• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards
• Use strong medical terminology knowledge in daily work

Qualifications

• Active Medical Coding Certification REQUIRED — CPC, CCS, CIC (AAPC/AHIMA/recognized certification bodies)
• CPC-A license holders are acceptable IF with proven coding experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Coding (required)
• Experience coding multi-specialty charts
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, and ICD-10
• Experience in Outpatient / Same Day Surgery / Ambulatory / ED / E&M
