Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in medical coding
• Skills and Competencies: Medical Coder License, CPC / CIC certification, solid understanding of CPT & HCPCS coding systems
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding practices and participate in ongoing education
