What You’ll Do

• Assist patients, members, and providers with inquiries and service needs
• Deliver compassionate, accurate, and efficient support
• Handle account updates, benefits information, and service resolutions
• Represent the brand with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• College Graduate (with or without experience)
• SHS Graduate/ 2nd year college undergrad
• Highschool (Old Curriculum)
• At least 6 months BPO/CSR experience (Healthcare experience is a plus!)
• Amenable to work onsite
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
