Key Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Develop and implement effective business plans for the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets (unit and peso).
• HCP Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators to promote Fosun Pharma’s products.
• Product Expertise: Deliver high-quality medical presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating clinical data, mechanism of action, and patient benefits.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term, professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and target key persons.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely feedback to the marketing team to help refine strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted with the highest ethical standards and comply with the Philippine Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or other Allied Health sciences is a significant advantage).
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license.
