JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 2 years of working experience in the development of HMO/Medical Insurance Services of the company
• Amenable to work on site
• Amenable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify business challenges and support the development and delivery of effective services and solutions
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, generate innovative service offerings, and stay informed on current industry trends
• Develop marketing plans to promote the business, healthcare services, utilization management, and TPA programs
• Propose and create new services, products, or cost-efficient initiatives to enhance business performance
• Implement and monitor strategic plans to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
