Primary Care HMO Officer – Local Tagalog HMO Account

• Must be a graduate of a four-year medical-allied course (strict requirement)
• Any four-year medical-allied course is acceptable for this position
• Open to fresh graduates with hospital internship experience
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology (diseases, diagnostic tests, procedures, admissible cases, etc.)
• Experience in BPO/healthcare or HMO-related accounts is an advantage
• Proficient in both Tagalog and English, written and spoken
• Background in HMO processing, approvals, or hospital admissions is a plus
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig

Responsibilities

• Assist members through inbound/outbound calls and emails regarding HMO benefits, coverage, and approvals (Inpatient & Outpatient)
• Process, validate, and accurately document requests in compliance with company guidelines
• Coordinate with hospitals and providers to verify cases and support patient admissions
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service in both Tagalog and English
• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to continuous process improvements
