Location: Various Commercial Properties (Roving Role)

Reports To: Facilities Manager / Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEPFS Officer to manage the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and safety systems across multiple commercial properties. This roving position requires travel between sites to ensure optimal system performance, compliance with regulations, and timely maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of MEPFS systems in commercial properties.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Ensure compliance with local safety standards, regulations, and building codes.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Respond to emergency repairs and monitor system performance.
• Report on system status and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in MEPFS system maintenance (preferably in commercial properties).
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
