1. Ensure 100% & availability of target SKUs at all times.

2. Ensure the maximum products and pack sizes are displayed in selling area.

3. Submits the required inventory, offtake, Near Expiry and other reports on time.

4. Maintain cleanliness and good product condition of products in all display areas.

5. Create & maintain prominent, interesting and dominant displays of products in accordance with agreed merchandising outlines.

6. Ensure compliance to Merchandising standards and directions.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure no defective or damaged products displayed on shelf.

2. Ensure correct tagging / reasons code.

3. Ensure proper segregation / labelling of trade returns.

4. Ensure products / stocks are within the standard days level and report nearly expire product 2 weeks before expiry

5. Ensure compliance to BO monitoring report.

6. Conduct replenishment of products and ensure no shelf gap in all POAs (Points of Availability) at all times.

7. Conduct cleaning of all products at least twice a week.

8. Conduct physical count of all SKUs in selling area and submit a timely report.

9. Ensure accurate, complete and timely inventory.

10. Apply FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) system in display area at freezer.

11. Monitor compliance on temperature of installed freezer and Chiller.

12. Negotiate for additional facings especially for new products and promos.

13. Reports any incidents that have Impact to trade returns.

14. Give immediate feedback to Roving Supervisor and Store Manager on out of stock and unserved products or any incidents that will affect availability and completeness of the product store.

15. Log all concerns (stocks / admin / operations) in your issued log book

• Willing to do field work
• At least high school graduate
• Relevant experience in merchandising
• Willing to work during weekends/holidays if needed
