• Ensure that the dimensional accuracy of the product meets the required specifications.
• Ensure that all checkpoints specified on the PAPS of each item are carried out and verified.
• Ensure that all appearance sampling inspections are completed and meet the specified appearance criteria.
• Ensure that all nonconforming products have corresponding rejection slips issued.
• Ensure that SPC and CONTACT position measurements are carried out and met.
• Report directly to Foreman and Supervisor when encountering abnormalities or deviations in measurement data, illustrations, or drawings.
• Assist Supervisor in investigating conformances related to measurement.
• Ensure that curing and measurement times are followed and carried out.
• Monitor 6S activity and implementation. Ensure that the work area is safe, free from obstacles, clean, and orderly, following the 6S principles.

Requirements

• At least High School Graduate or Junior/Senior High School Graduate/ College Undergraduate/ Vocational Graduate
• Knowledgeable in measuring equipment
• At least 6 months working experience in quality inspection
• Willing to render overtime and shifting schedule.
• Willing to work at prolonged standing
• Willing to be assigned at JAE Phils. Inc. Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite.
