Responsibilities

• Accepts production order (PO) from Production Control.
• Pre-dries raw materials and prepares other peripherals.
• Checking and transferring of delivered resin material to the dryer machine.
• Set-up and cleaning of machine for production.
• Verifies the conformity of the products by Quality Assurance Plan or Auto PCR and master sample.
• Prepares daily report on production, machine troubles and other corrective and preventive actions taken in the course of work.
• Prepares article label as required per production order.
• Disposes properly defective products and purging material in defect box/bag.
• Ensures that work area is clean, following the principles of 6S.
• Responsible for changing molding parameters. (Only applicable for Molding Operator that passed on advance level certification examination under PHWI-11-0006)

Responsibilities

• At least High School Graduate or Junior/Senior High School Graduate/ College Undergraduate/ Vocational Graduate
• With or without working experience (Not required but an advantage particularly in a manufacturing set-up)
• 20/20 vision
• Willing to render overtime
• Willing to work in shifting schedule (morning & night) every 2 weeks or every shift.
• Willing to work at prolonged standing.
• Willing to be assigned at Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite.
