Responsibilities

• Lead the creative design and production of motion graphics for the company and client projects, including advertising openers, brand promo videos, social media animations, event visuals, H5/short videos, etc.
• Transform static visuals into dynamic expressions that enhance brand impact and storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and client teams to translate project requirements into high-quality motion outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative proposals, offering motion design concepts and execution plans.
• Continuously refine design styles and explore new visual trends and animation techniques to keep the work fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic sense and creative thinking, with a keen understanding of rhythm, camera language, and visual atmosphere.
• Experience in motion projects related to advertising, branding, or short video content is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• A motion design portfolio or demo reel link must be included with the application.

Nice-to-Haves

• Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering, capable of producing 3D motion graphics independently.
• Storyboarding, illustration, or hand-drawing skills to support visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with advertising workflows and experience in client presentations.
