• Vocational Diploma/ Short Course TESDA Accredited Certificate on HVAC, Building Electrical System or Building Maintenance.
• Experience and full understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry works.
• Knowledge in Basic HVAC Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Knowledge in Building Wiring and Electrical System.
• Minor Plumbing and carpentry works.
• Knowledge in Motor Controls and trouble shooting.
• Willing to work in MUNTINLUPA CITY.

Key Responsibilities:

HVAC & Air Conditioning:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and air conditioning systems.

Plumbing:

• Perform installation and maintenance of piping systems, sanitary fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Ensure all plumbing systems comply with local codes and safety standards.

Electrical:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, lighting systems, and distribution boards.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive maintenance.

General Duties:

• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain records of work completed, tools used, and parts replaced.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
