Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on building equipment, facilities, and various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and breakdowns in equipment and systems, recommending improvements to enhance reliability.
Inspections: Conduct regular checks of common areas, electrical and mechanical rooms, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Project Support: Assist contractors with equipment repairs and maintenance, and complete minor installations or construction tasks like carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
Equipment Operation: Monitor and log the operational data of equipment to ensure efficient functioning.
Safety and Compliance: Maintain corporate safety procedures, comply with regulations, and work towards a safe work environment.
Materials Management: Ensure that necessary spare parts, materials, and tools are available for completing maintenance and repair tasks.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two principal engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation and Control.
Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with coworkers and possibly mentoring others.
Leadership: Ability to lead by example and demonstrate leadership in an assigned area.
Time Management: Skill in managing workloads and meeting deadlines effectively.
Mental Agility: The capacity to adapt to different tasks and challenges as they arise.
