• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment and facilities, including electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing and mechanical.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues across different systems. This includes identifying and fixing faulty components.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and ensure everything is operating efficiently.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform electrical repairs, install systems, and understand electrical schematics.
• Experience with maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, such as HVAC, refrigeration, and pumps.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing repairs and installations.
• Other skills: Carpentry, masonry, and painting skills are also beneficial for general maintenance tasks.
