• Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Conduct installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems and air conditioning units.
• Handle plumbing works including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipelines, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks for repair, reinforcement, and construction needs.
• Carry out painting works to maintain and improve facility appearance and safety markings.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and equipment condition.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments for facility upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or in a similar role.
• Technical knowledge in building maintenance, welding, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
