Responsibilities:

• Support in software installation, configuration and troubleshooting

• Prepare required documents (program data specifications, test documents, method of procedure, other documents for software development)

• Support in testing, implementation and BAU

• Coordinate with client, third party vendor and other teams involved in the project as needed

• Monitor and provide status on assigned tasks

• On-time delivery of assigned tasks

• Compliance with client processes and standards

Qualifications:

• With excellent background in .Net, SQL, webservices

• Has a background in software installation, configuration, troubleshooting

• Has a working knowledge in oracle and SQL

• Can work with minimal supervision

• Has the initiative to learn new technologies

• Willing to work on extended hours

• Excellent attention to details

• With good analytical skills

• Willing to work onsite
