Screens and evaluates patients referred for therapy
Sets goals for therapy in coordination with parents and caregivers of the patient
Formulates individualized therapeutic program consistent with the goals for therapy
Implements individualized therapeutic program as planned
Periodically re-evaluates patients
Documents findings, goals and therapeutic program
Coordinates with physiatrists and other professionals as needed
Informs parents and caregivers regarding the condition, management and progress of the patients
Supervises the maintenance of general safety, orderliness and cleanliness of the division
Promotes harmonious relations with all hospital personnel
Participates in the meetings and activities of the hospital
Attends and participates in the meetings of the division
Participates in the planning and implementation of research and special projects of the division
Supervises the daily functions of the staff
Sets performance targets for each of the staff
Evaluates the performance of each of the staff based on the performance targets
