To monitor and ensure timely accomplishment of all service and after-sales activities. The Service Engineer will coordinate with the Project-in-charge, Quality and Production departments for technical and manpower support, and improve service efficiency through accurate reporting and proper planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accomplishments of all service and after-sales activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for manpower requirements.
• Ensure efficient execution of service work through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Manage and supervise service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide technical support during start-up and testing of equipment.
• Maintain service records and generate performance reports.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to resolve service issues.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical, or any related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of service engineering or technical support role is preferred.
• Prior background in motor controls and electric motors is required.
• Experience in start-up and testing of equipment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge about fans or ventilation equipment is a plus.
• Experience in handling service technicians and people management is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant training or internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially:
• Excel: formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.
• Word: formatting, templates, and document automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
