  • Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order preparation and delivery.
  • Update product listings, prices, and promotional content on online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all online sales and customer communications.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
