Penerangan

Oversee daily operations during duty shifts, ensuring the platform remains stable and efficient
Manage customer service issues, respond to user feedback, and streamline service processes for improvement
Track risk control data, identify unusual behavior, take prompt action, and report any incidents
Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve issues
Document shift activities, prepare operational reports, and provide improvement suggestions
Assist in shift scheduling, including night shifts, to ensure full team coverage

Syarat-syarat

A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with experience in customer service or risk control
Proficient in customer service workflows and knowledgeable with common solutions for user issues
In-depth understanding of risk control, with the ability to analyze and address unusual transactions or behavior
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
Amenable to start as soon as possible
