- Make Packing List and give to warehouse staff for preparation
- Monitor order and stock
- Make production schedule
- Plan logistic schedule
- Coordinate with production team leader
- Close coordination with Operations Head from time to time
- Filing of documents
- With at least 1 year work experience in production operations. She/he performs a variety of tasks under a supervision of Operations Head.
- Operations Assistant is requiring a four-year college degree in Business Operations Management or any field related to operation.
- With good communications skills and computer literate.
- Must be resourceful, good analytical skills, flexible and have strong personality.
- Physically fit, not fat.
- With experience using any accounting system.
- Does not have plan going abroad.
- Working location Carmona Cavite
- Preferred applicants from Cavite and Laguna
- Salary 16k to 20k
- Job type full time, urgent and direct hire
- Qualification: Degree Holder in Accounting course, Commerce and Finance accepted
