• Operations Assistant/Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or at least College level.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Computer literate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure smooth operations across departments.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with orders and supplies as necessary.
• Analyze operational data and provide reports to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
