JOB SUMMARY:

As a Business Administration Intern, you will provide vital support across day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and cross-functional coordination. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in organizational management, internal process improvement, and business support functions. You’ll work closely with various departments to ensure smooth internal workflows and contribute to the achievement of business goals.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 1. Administrative Support

  • Assist in managing documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, calendar management, and preparation of reports.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval and reference.


2. Process & Operations Assistance

  • Help in monitoring and improving internal processes and workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of business documents, contracts, and forms.
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking, if applicable.


3. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely communication.
  • Assist in coordinating team deliverables and project updates.
  • Follow up on tasks, reports, and action items assigned to various teams.


4. Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic research on business trends, competitors, or operational tools.
  • Support the creation of internal reports, summaries, and presentations.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic work environment
