Organizing and monitoring the different shift schedules of operations: From Team Leaders to Live hosts to Operators.
Will Support the Operation Leaders to coordinate with the clients
Assisting the Operations with the development and implementation of brand strategies to strengthen the company's market position and achieve business objectives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems
Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis is advantageous
Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools is a plus
