Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. This role involves supervising operational processes, coordinating with clients to maintain strong business relationships, preparing and submitting detailed management reports, and ensuring the timely and

accurate finalization of the Summary of Billings (SOB). The Operations Supervisor serves as the operational link between frontline activities and upper management, ensuring that all actions align with company policies, customer requirements, and strategic objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Operational Efficiency – 98% or higher on-time delivery rate for services.

Client Satisfaction – Achieve at least 90% positive client feedback score in quarterly evaluations.

Billing Accuracy – 100% accuracy rate in Summary of Billings (SOB) prior to final approval and release.

Cost Control – Maintain operational expenses within approved budget limits and within the ₱30,000 approving authority scope.

Team Productivity – Achieve 95% or higher task completion rate within set deadlines.

Reporting Timeliness – 100% submission of accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on or before deadlines.

Compliance – Zero major audit findings related to operational procedures and documentation.

Issue Resolution Time – 90% of operational issues resolved within 24 hours of reporting.
