• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring alignment with company goals for production, quality, and delivery.
• Process Optimization: Use engineering principles (Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate engineering and operations teams; oversee staffing, performance, and development.
• Maintenance & Facilities: Supervise maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility upkeep, potentially directing contractors and engineers.
• Quality & Compliance: Implement quality control, ensure adherence to safety (H&S), environmental, and industry regulations.
• Budget & Resources: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Supply Chain/Procurement: Oversee material purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on operational metrics to senior management. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Experience: Proven experience in operations management, production, or technical leadership.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and maintenance protocols.
• Management Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, budgeting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement.
